I am a project manager who purchased your template on ThemeForest. Your product description indicated that it includes React templates for both the frontend and admin panel. However, after deploying both parts, we discovered that they are not functionally connected.
Your product description is misleading and does not provide the buyer with a clear understanding of what they are purchasing. Buying two disjointed products in one package, which need to be integrated independently, does not meet our expectations and makes us feel deceived.
We demand:
1. Immediate clarification on why the product does not match the description.
2. Instructions for integrating the frontend and admin panel.
3. Support in the integration process of these parts.
If these demands are not met promptly, we will be forced to contact ThemeForest support to file a complaint and request a refund, as your product does not meet the stated specifications.
